The Pinworm's Cardivascular System
The pinworm is a common parasite amongst humans. This worm enters the intestines and latches on to the intestinal wall and lays there and bathes in the nutritious foods being digested by its host. These diffuse into its body, because it has no cardiovascular system of its own. The pinworm feasts in the intestines of it host, as all Nematodes do for survival. Nematodes are a phylum that consists solely of roundworms that are only able to survive through parasitic activity. Pinworms can vary in length and range from a few millimeters long to up to twenty millimeters long, and these worms can cause itching on the anus. These worms cannot cause any major harm to its host but may make it feel ill.
